The Micketymulga Agribusiness Advisory Board Service is designed for farm and agribusiness owners looking to enhance their business through clear direction and agreed culture, confident decision making and increased profitability.
There is a strong demand for this service to assist farm and agribusinesses with succession, debt management, increasing accountability and business growth.
An advisory board aids a business by formalising intuitive management and implementing best practice business management and governance principles.
“Having an external set of eyes looking over the business has given us a point of reference as well as professionalising the business. The board structure has given us access to a different management skill set from outside the business, which looks into our business at a critical level. Adopting this approach has allowed us to broaden our business and increase our profitability substantially”.
